Some weddings just radiate warmth—literally and figuratively—and Kate and Cary’s big day was one of them! With the sun shining bright and love in the air, they tied the knot at Kate’s parents’ home, giving the whole day an intimate, relaxed, and deeply personal feel. As a Wellington Wedding Photographer, I was in my happy place, snapping away as golden light filtered through the trees and everyone laughed, hugged, and (let’s be real) tried to cool off in the summer heat.
Backyard weddings have a special kind of magic, and this one did not disappoint. The lush gardens, rustic touches, and warm golden-hour glow made for some seriously dreamy wedding photography. Kate looked absolutely stunning, and Cary’s face when he saw her? Priceless. The day was packed with heartfelt vows, happy tears, and an epic celebration under the summer sky.
